A Safe Rack Guards can protect your Pallet Racking from a vehicle of 2,000kgs (2 Tonnes) traveling at 3.6kmph (13mph) which is the equivalent of 1000 Newton of Force. Additionally these protectors will keep your racking secure as during testing we put 400 Newton of impact into these Rack Guards which showed ZERO deflection on the racking!
The clever thing about A Safe Rack Guards is the way that they reduce the impact. When struck from the front these guards are designed to transfer the energy created by the impact around the racking leg rather than straight through it which reduces the damage. When struck from the side the energy is absorbed and then the guard will reform to its original shape.
