Double deep racking allows more stock to be stored and uses the FILO (first in, last out) method of storage. It is ideal for businesses who don’t have perishable stock or who have seasonal stock that doesn’t need to be accesses as easily.

It allows more storage in the available space, therefore maximising the amount of stock/materials that you can store.

‘Double Deep’ literally means that the racking is twice as deep. It is constructed as a two bays and then connected with row spacers and usually put against a wall or has some sort of screen at the back so it is only accessible on one side.
