We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, however, there is an issue with your order, please read our returns policy below.
Notification of Issue
You must notify us of any issues with your order within 24 hours of receipt. Notifications received after this time may not be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:
- Returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
- In original packaging, unused and undamaged.
- The customer is responsible for return transport costs.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet the conditions above, we will process a 75% refund of the original purchase price. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt and inspection of the item(s). Please note that any items received in a used, damaged, or non-original condition may result in a reduced refund or no refund being issued.
