Mesh decks are a wire deck which is used on your pallet racking or longspan shelving to allow light to penetrate to lower rack levels helping in the creation of a brighter and more efficient warehouse.  They are quick and easy to install – there are no fixings, no tools and no fastenings required.

The wire deck is also a great way to satisfy you insurance company and can even have a benefit on your premiums.  It allows the use if sprinkler systems, therefore reducing the risk fire.  Also because of the material used to make the mesh decks, they are not flammable unlike a chipboard alternative. Mesh Decks are strong, durable and long lasting.

This is a mesh deck which maximises space by creating a double sided pick face form a single bay.  Compatible with both boxed and stepped beams, this variation of deck allows for easy access and a clear view of stored products.

The Flat

This is a robust mesh deck which has been design for small parts, cartons and archive boxes, This deck is finished with front and rear horizontal wiring which ensures that there are no sharp edges for loading with ease.

The Step

This particular mesh deck is of high strength and has been designed to work with stepped beams.  It includes an internal waterfall feature to match the pitch of the step which creates a flush unrestricted loading level

The Angle

The angle mesh deck is an alternative heavy duty storage application to the Waterfall wire deck.  This deck is constructed with a steel angle perimeter and finished with a high quality wire mesh.  This mesh deck can store loads in excess of 1000kgs.

The Waterfall

This is the most versatile of all the wire mesh decks in the product range and can be used on a range of applications form picking levels to pallet storage.  The Waterfall mesh deck is constructed from a fusion of welded steel and finished with mesh apertures as small as 25x25mm.
