Pallet Rack Component Guide

Pallet Rack Component Guide

Today we thought it would be great to go through the components of pallet racking with you to help you fully understand a system more!

Have a look below and get in touch if you have any questions:

Uprights – Vertical structural support for the racking system

Beams – Horizontal steel supports that tie upright frames together and hold the load.

Wire Decking – Turns area between beams into usable shelving space. Mesh promotes air flow and eases inventory checks.

Spacers – Row: Connects and spaces two rows of rack back-to-back

Wall: Connects racks to wall for additional stability.

Shim – Levels uprights on slopes or uneven surfaces to ensure uniform heights

Column protector – Protects uprights from damaging impact from material handling equipment.
