Anti-Collapse Screens

Anti-collapse screens are an optional safety feature to prevent pallets or small items from falling onto pedestrians as they pass by. These screens are a great preventative measure for your pallet racking storage system.

Chipboard Decking

Chipboard decking is best used on lower picking and packing levels. It is most often utilised to form beam levels into more of a shelf configuration. This can make more room for heavier products that aren’t practical for a higher shelving location.

Floor Fixings

Another great safety feature for pallet racking is floor fixings because they fix your frames to the floor and secure them. Suppose you are unloading or loading using machine equipment in your warehouse. In that case, your storage system needs to be attached to the floor slab with at least one fixing bolt.

Footplates

Footplates can be easily drilled to the floor and are attached to the upright to act as an anchor point for the frame. As standard, these should already be provided with your pallet racking system but can be supplied if required. 

Load Notices

Essential for health and safety, the purpose of load notices is to display the load capacity for the frames and beams in your warehouse. As standard, we offer these with all of our pallet racking systems.

Locking Pins

Locking pins are also required by health and safety to prevent the beam from dislodging from the frame. Locking pins go into the beam and are a preventative feature. We supply the correct beam lock for each system and the correct amount with every project.

Mesh Decks

Mesh decking is an alternative to traditional chipboard decking and timber decking. It is made from steel and is often favoured by insurance companies because it is more robust. Mesh decking is also perfect for use in food factories and warehouses due to its hygiene suitability. 

Open Boarded/Close Boarded Timber Decking

If you aren’t storing standard pallets, open/close boarded timber decking is perfect for making beams more like shelves. 

Pallet Support Bars

Pallet support bars are positioned directly onto the beam to help accommodate pallets of different sizes and support the weight load of the pallets.
